2017 IS OFF TO A GREAT START

For those who were at HOF Pigeon Forge, 2016 you heard the announcement of a new conference. On August 18 & 19, that event will take place in Charleston, WV at the Charleston Municipal Auditorium. We have put together a great conference and hope you will attend or spread the word for us. Our speakers will be Ed Newton and Scott Carter. The Comedy Duo, Bean & Bailey will join us, as will Roger Williams & the AMUQ leading worship. Our concerts are the amazing for KING & COUNTRY, and new to HOF, 7eventh Time Down.

Brochures are currently being printed and should go out to all churches within a 250-mile radius of Charleston, WV within the next two weeks.  Visit http://www.heartsonfireministries.org to register.

Many of you have been contacting me about Pigeon Forge, and I am happy to say as of last week, it is completed. The brochures have not been sent to the printer yet, but I am going to give you the info early, because I am so excited I can’t wait!

On November 17 & 18, 2017, at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, our speakers will be, Ed Newton and Algernon Tennyson. I will tell you more about them later. They are both wonderful in relaying God’s word to youth and I know you will enjoy them, for their first time, at Hearts On Fire in Pigeon Forge.

Our concerts for this year are without a doubt, two of the biggest names in Christian Music, Toby Mac & Crowder. Can I get an AMEN??? !!! We are so very blessed and excited to have them for their first time with us in Pigeon Forge.  Visit http://www.heartsonfireministries.org to register.

The Wait Is Almost Over

Just a quick message to let you know that on Monday, November 14 at 12:00 noon, online registration will shut down. Make every effort to register now! You can still add on and also register at the event as long as space is available. The cost is $45. We have space available in the Omega Session but the Alpha Session has more seats available. This is the first year pre-registration has gone over 10,000. We are very excited!

Deadlines Approaching….

Some important deadlines are within weeks from today:

 

One week from today, October 21, is the deadline for pre-ordered shirts and hoodies.

 

Two weeks from today, October 28, is the deadline for early registration of $35.

(Money must be received by this date.  Online registration will go to $45 at midnight on October 28.)

 

Five weeks from today, on November 18, we will be at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, participating in what will be, the 30^th year of Hearts On Fire.

 

We pray that you will make every effort to attend.  In the history of Hearts On Fire there has never been a year like this one.  Our prayer is that many lives will be changed as a result of having attended Hearts On Fire 2016.

Three Months From Today….

We will be at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge celebrating the 30^th year of Hearts On Fire. This year is going to be filled with more speakers and musicians than ever before.  We also have some surprises still to be revealed!

It’s Time To Register!

4 Months, 4 Days, 4 Hours until…..Hearts On Fire 2016 – Pigeon Forge

That was the time left when I began writing this email and got sidetracked. Now the time is 4 months, 2 Days and 7 Hours. See how quickly time can get away from you!

Have you looked at the calendar recently? Where has summer gone? As I look at the homepage of our website, www.heartsonfireministries.org I notice the countdown calendar clicking off the minutes. Do you realize that the deadline for early registration will end in 105 days? That’s just a little over 3 months.   After the deadline date of October 28 the registration fee will be $45. Don’t let this date creep up on you!

This is going to be a phenomenal year at Hearts On Fire. If you have friends who have never attended or know of churches in your area that have not attended, please invite them.  Let’s fill the LeConte Center for the 30^th year of Hearts On Fire.

Just a reminder, when you pre-order T-Shirts or Hoodies they will be packaged and ready for you to pick up when you arrive at registration. As always we will have shirts and hoodies for sale at the event in limited numbers per size.

Don’t get so busy this summer that you forget to Register for Hearts On Fire!

Summer arrived on Monday and I know that youth groups are getting ready for exciting days ahead. If your church is anything like ours the youth group has plans for mission trips, youth retreats and local Bible Clubs. Busy times for everyone!

I just want to remind you to begin promoting Hearts On Fire 2016. November 18 & 19 will be here before we know it. New this year, if you register and pay before October 28 the cost is $35 per person, if after that date the cost is $45 per person. Also the deadline to pre-order Hoodies and T-Shirts is October 21. That is only 4 months away. It’s crazy how quickly time passes!!

I don’t know if you realize it but the K-Love Female Artist and Artist of the Year, Lauren Daigle will be with us this year as well as the winner of the Group or Duo of the Year and the Best Live Show recipient, for KING&COUNTRY. How exciting is that?? On our website, press Pigeon Forge, Promote, and you will find a video and printable poster to use for promotion of the event at your church.

Also, time is running out to submit your application for the Scott Carter Scholarship. The deadline for submission is July 1. The instructions and application are on our website.

Hearts On Fire 2016 Registration & Other Important Information

This year will be like no other year in the history of Hearts On Fire. You don’t want to miss the 30^th year!!

A few things to tell you about that are a little different than in past years:

Two different registration fees this year! If you register and we receive your money prior to the deadline of October 28, the cost will be $35 but if we receive your registration after October 28 the cost will be $45. This means that add-ons after October 28 will be $45. Remember registration is not confirmed until we have received your payment and we do not give refunds.

New this year, per your request, Hoodies! The cost of hoodies is $25 and yes they can be pre-ordered. Pictures of the 2016 T-Shirt and Hoodie are available on our website, www.heartsonfireministries.org.

We want to involve your youth group this year in our promotions. In your most upbeat and energetic way, we ask that you email a video to us at info@heartsonfireministries.org.

Using your phone, video your youth group. The video should include telling us the name of your church, where you are from and why you are coming to Hearts On Fire. At the end of your video we need you to say, “Hearts On Fire is one youth conference you don’t want to miss”.   This will be fun and you just might see yourself on our website, in a mass email, on the screen at the event or some other form of advertising.

Don’t forget to remind your youth about the Hearts On Fire Scholarship. All information is on the website.

Hearts On Fire 2016-What’s New and What’s Not!

I am happy to say the planning for Pigeon Forge 2016 is almost complete. It has certainly been a busy winter for us in preparation for the 30^th year of Hearts On Fire. This year is going to be packed with more speakers, concerts and praise & worship music than we have ever had before. Please keep an eye on our website, www.heartsonfireministries.org for the latest updates. Soon we will have the schedule and lodging details available and you can begin making your reservations. We are trying to pack as much into the schedule as possible. You will be amazed at all you will see and hear at HOF this year!

If you have a special memory or something special happened to you at Hearts On Fire please send me a quick email telling me about it. Whether you were saved at Hearts On Fire or gave your call to the ministry or your church had a special memory I would like to hear about it. We are trying to compile information that spans across all 30 years. You may be asked to submit a short 1-minute video clip later in the year. Please ask your youth group to get involved. You can email me at info@heartsonfireministries.org.

Word of mouth is still our best advertisement. I would ask you to have your youth like us on Facebook and Twitter, (Hearts On Fire Ministries). Help us get the word out to as many people as possible.

I have a few changes you should know about this year. Registration will still be $35 per person if we receive your reservation and your money by October 28. If we receive your reservation after October 28 the registration will be $45 per person. Also, new this year, per your request, we will be offering hoodies for sale in addition to the long-sleeve T-shirts. The shirts will still be offered at $15 and the hoodie will be $25.

It’s time for graduates to consider applying for the Hearts On Fire Scholarship. Visit the website for information. Applications must be received by July 1 to be considered. Send to Hearts On Fire, PO Box 4336, Sevierville, TN 37864.
