Many of you have contacted me today concerned about the weather. While the high elevations in the Smoky Mountains have snow we have none in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Sevierville. We have been having rain but the weather is supposed to improve greatly and the weekend weather calls for highs in the 50’s and 60’s and lows in the 30’s. I would advise you to dress warm however, for the evenings will be cool and standing in line will be cold. Please dress accordingly!

We are looking forward to a wonderful weekend of ministry. We currently have over 8600 registered with more registering upon arrival. If you have a few who have not registered you can pay for them at the time of registration. We do not accept credit cards at the event but we do accept checks and cash.

Please keep the conference in your prayers. Pray that many lives will be changed in response to the messages they hear from Derwin Gray and Clayton King. Pray that hearts will be stirred through the praise music and the concerts and that God will be glorified in the entire weekend.

Please be safe in your travels and we will see you very soon.

Oh my, it’s almost here!!  Are you as excited as we are?  We work on planning the event for a whole year and then it is here before we know it.

Please register as soon as possible, the time is drawing near!!!

We want to remind you that we do not take credit cards over the phone or at the convention center.  You can pay by credit card using our online PayPal form. Be reminded that you will only be able to register using the online forms through Tuesday, October 30.  Any additional registrations that have not already been reserved will need to be paid for at the event with a check or cash.

We have been sending out confirmations to everyone when payment is received and will continue to do that until October 24.  If we receive your check after October 24th a confirmation will not be sent out.  You can get a receipt at the time of registration.  You do not have to have the confirmation in order to get your wristbands.

It has been good to talk with many of you this year and it brings great joy to be able to assist you with registration.  This is such a blessing to me personally and I thank God for the opportunity he has given Hearts On Fire Ministries. This is going to be a wonderful conference and we know that God is already preparing hearts to receive a blessing.  Please continue to pray that many souls will be saved and lives will be forever changed.  We know that many of you have set deadlines for sign-up, and that is important to your planning, but as long as space is available it is fine to add them.  They may be the one that God has been dealing with.   You can pay for any additional registrants at the convention center during the time of registration.

We love you and can’t wait to see you at the conference!

As one youth leader told me last year, “the youth are counting down the nights until they leave for Hearts On Fire.”  We are counting down the nights and are so excited! We can’t wait to see our friends in Branson.

If you haven’t registered yet, that’s fine, you still have time to sign up.  If for some reason you do not know exactly how many plan to attend, that’s o.k. too!  You can still sign up at the event.  We would love to fill the Welk Resort Theater.

This year is going to be AMAZING! I don’t know if you have been listening to the radio, but, for KING & COUNTRY, Dara Maclean and Jason Castro are artists you don’t want to miss seeing in concert.  We are blessed to have them with us this year.

Of course, for those who attended last year, Roger Williams & the All Mixed Up Quartet and 3D will be joining us again. Once you have seen them you know you really want to see them again.  No one can lead worship like Roger & the AMUQ and 3D will touch your heart like no other interpretive dance team you have ever seen.

We are looking forward to a great weekend of ministry with Ed Newton and Dave Edwards sharing the word of God with us!  They are both great men of God and they will deliver messages that your youth will never forget.  God, working through them, can change the heart of the teenagers you bring, and set your church on fire for God.

Please make it a point to attend this year!  You will definitely not regret attending and you will go home a changed person for having been to Hearts On Fire.

I can’t believe that in 3 weeks and 3 days we will be in Branson for the second year of Hearts On Fire. We had an amazing conference last year with 139 life-changing decisions made for Christ. We are expecting great things to happen for the Lord at this year’s conference as well.

Inspirational messages by Ed Newton and Dave Edwards; concerts by for KING & COUNTRY, Dara Maclean, Jason Castro and worship led by Roger Williams and the All Mixed Up Quartet, as well as interpretive worship by 3D, all add up to one amazing conference.

There is still time to register! You don’t want to miss out on attending Hearts On Fire Branson 2012. Youth Pastors and leaders, this could be the conference that will set your youth group on fire for the Lord.
